Privacy, plainly.

We are a small home studio, so we keep this short and honest. We only ever ask for what we need to talk with you about your project, and we never sell it.

What we collect

Two things, and only when you choose to share them. When you send the contact form, we receive the name, email, and message you type in. And like most sites, we collect basic, anonymous analytics (pages visited, rough region, device type) to understand what is useful here.

How we use it

Your form details are used to reply to you, and nothing else. We do not sell your information, and we will not add you to any marketing list you did not ask for.

The contact form

Form submissions are handled by Netlify Forms and delivered to our inbox at hello@uchilabs.my. They are stored there so we can find your enquiry and reply properly.

Analytics and cookies

We use Google Analytics to count visits and see which pages help. It sets cookies in your browser to do this. You are free to block or clear cookies in your browser settings; the site still works fine without them.

Keeping and removing your data

We keep enquiry emails for as long as it takes to help you well. If you would like us to delete anything you have sent us, just email hello@uchilabs.my and we will take care of it.
